MerchVault – Refund Policy

1. Subscription Refunds
- MerchVault does not provide refunds for Premium subscriptions as they are digital services.
- A 1-hour goodwill grace period is available if users contact support immediately after accidental payment.
- This policy applies to both monthly (£4.99) and annual (£49.99) Premium subscriptions.
2. Service "As-Is" Policy
- MerchVault Premium is provided "as-is" as stated in our Terms of Service.
- We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove premium features at any time without notice.
- You are paying for access to the app as-is, not for any specific features or guarantees.
3. Store Request Limitations
- Premium users can suggest stores, but this does not guarantee implementation.
- You should not purchase Premium solely in the hopes of having your suggested store added.
- No refunds will be provided if your store request is not implemented or if you have unmet expectations regarding store additions.
- Store suggestions are evaluated based on various factors and may not be added for business or technical reasons.
4. Subscription Management
- Users can cancel their Premium subscription at any time through the account page.
- Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
- Annual subscriptions renew automatically each year unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
- Early cancellation of annual subscriptions does not entitle you to a partial refund.
5. Cancellations
Once canceled, users retain Premium features until the end of the current billing cycle (monthly or annual).
6. No Refund Scenarios
- Feature changes, additions, or removals
- Store request denials or delays
- Service interruptions or technical issues
- Changes to app functionality or user interface
- Unmet expectations regarding specific features or capabilities
- Early cancellation of annual subscriptions
