MerchVault is a free mobile app available worldwide on iOS and Android. The app allows users to monitor musician and band stores for new products and restocks. An optional premium subscription tier is available for enhanced functionality.

2. Eligibility

By using MerchVault, you confirm you are at least 16 years old or meet the legal age of your jurisdiction.

3. User Conduct

• Unauthorized access to the MerchVault app or API is prohibited.
• Users must not use the app for illegal purposes or exploit it for unauthorized data scraping.

4. Subscription Services

• MerchVault offers a Premium subscription tier that renews automatically each month unless canceled by the user via the account settings.
• Premium provides enhanced features such as receiving alerts for multiple stores simultaneously.
• MerchVault reserves the right to add, modify, or remove premium features at any time. You are paying for the app as-is, not for any specific features.
• Premium users have the ability to suggest stores. However, suggesting a store does not guarantee it will be implemented. You are not paying for the luxury of having any store added upon request as clearly stated in the app when requesting a store.
• MerchVault does not offer refunds if you purchase premium in the hopes of having your suggested store added or for any other unmet expectations regarding specific features or store additions.

5. Termination

MerchVault reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

MerchVault is provided 'as is,' and the company is not liable for any issues arising from the app's use.

7. Referral Rewards

• MerchVault offers referral rewards for users who successfully refer new users to the platform.
• Users can only claim one of each reward item type per referral program.
• Annual subscription claims can only be made once every other year (24-month period).
• Monthly subscription claims can only be made once every 3 months (90-day period).
• MerchVault reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral rewards program at any time without prior notice.
• Referral rewards are subject to verification and may be revoked if fraudulent activity is detected.

8. Communication

By providing your email address, you agree that MerchVault may use it to contact you regarding new features, updates, and information about your subscription. You can opt out of these communications at any time by unsubscribing from any email you receive.
